Hand to Paw Cat Rescue Inc is dedicated to reducing the number of abandoned and homeless cats in Monroe County. Our efforts include Rescuing, TNR and adopting cats into compatible, loving, forever homes. Thru our rescue efforts and public education, we can enhance the quality of life for these animals while reducing the over-population problem plaguing our streets.
